Melanie brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the home buyers and sellers she partners with that is unmatched. She is a resident of Short Hills for over 20 years, a parent with first-hand knowledge of the local school system, and very active in the community. Melanie is the founder of the well-known annual Short Hills Architectural and Real Estate House Tour, which benefits the school district's special education department. She keenly understands all of the benefits the area has to offer and guides her client partners along their real estate journey every step of the way. 
 
Melanie's passion for real estate was born in 1999 when she began working alongside her husband, renowned Designer Builder Architect Matthew Rosenbaum, to flip high-end homes. Her hands-on experience in building and renovation, her empathetic way with people, and her passion for taking on tough challenges make her an ideal advocate and partner, benefiting both buyers and sellers. 
 
Melanie earned a B.A. from Tulane University and a Master's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She received NCJAR's Rookie of the Year Award in 2013, is designated as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), along with being certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). She authors blogs on real estate and autism and is involved in numerous local community projects.
