We were shifting to New Jersey and were looking for an apartment or house to rent. We connected Melanie with a request to help out with identifying options, touring them, and finalizing a lease deal for the selected apartment. Melanie helped us exceptionally well in each stage of the journey. Identifying rental options: She understands our requirements well (space, amenities, neighborhood, etc.) and identified the most suitable options. Touring of the options, on a scheduled date, she started the tour with an initial overview of all the selection options and their key highlights. She drove us through all the options. Her awareness of the options and how each one fit our requirements was excellent. When we requested to look for some more options for specific requirements, without hesitation she identified the suitable options and gave a tour to the options too.
