The Lincoln Avenue Estates is a long time project. My architect, builder, husband, Matthew Rosenbaum, challenged me to find something good. I set out and found four already subdivided lots in West Orange, New Jersey. However, Matthew with his high end builds typically in Short Hills, was not the match for this particular project. I found another builder, Ezra builders. Top notch gentleman who can produce beautiful four bedroom, two car garage, new construction homes that we listed at around $570,000 each.
