I am very happy that the town says they will hire an expert! We know what we know, and should know what we don't! Hiring an expert will guide us thru the process, to figure out what seems to be somewhat unknow by our community. This will help us create an appropriate "Builders Agreement" in which BOTH the town's people and developer have the chance to accomplish what is needed and right.
